Using this product from a month or more. I did felt an effect at first but expecting more. I cant see if it is really healing my liver. But after 2-3 days of use, pimples on my head went away and there is no itching. Now expecting some more benefits, but it needs time. There are lots of capsules with 150mg of milk thistle. It will sure do some benefit in long term.
